Streetwaves 2008
Streetwaves 2008: Support local Musicians at our special free community events.
Streetwaves is a Culture Company Music Project that animates and makes use of Liverpool's 5 neighbourhood areas and Merseyside boroughs in order to find the 'Most Ready' act from each area to play a set at Mathew Street and Creamfields.
Being named as the 'Most Ready' Act will open doors to some fantastic opportunities; These include playing Mathew Street Festival & Creamfields 2008, recording tunes at Elevator Studios, working with leading designers A Design Collective.
Now back in its 4th and most special year to date, the aim of Streetwaves 2008 is to continue to bring our communities and young people together to enjoy fantastic locally made music. We have a brilliant summer programme ahead packed full of events so put the dates in your diary!
