Hub Festival 2008

Are you ready for two days of funky break-dancing, beatboxing, mad tricks and mighty fine music?

You've invited to the UK's biggest and best free urban youth festival, in the European Capital of Culture.

From 17-18 May, extreme sports fans, skaters, bboys, bgirls and bands will take over Otterspool Promenade in Liverpool.

Amateur competitions, free promos, loads of prize giveaways and legends in BMX, skate boarding, break-dancing and graffiti art will all add to the mix.

Just confirmed: the Animal Bike Tour is back for Hub 2008

New for 2008

Watch out for the fashion police on patrol for Hub's  funkiest dressed students. You could win loads of Animal goodies, including hoodies, backpacks, watches & more! (kindly donated by our friends at Animal).

Two huge outdoor LED screens will show the UK's only outdoor international break-dance competition, as well as amateur skate park competitions.

And one of the UK's best human beat boxers Shlomo  will perform a one hour set using only his voice.
